DH-63 Double Exchange Work Table Horizontal Machining Center is mainly used for processing parts in construction machinery, automobile, IT, energy, mold and other industries. Structure feature
The integrated bearing adopts T-shaped box structure, is made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron material, and is heat treated to eliminate internal stress. After finite element analysis, the placement of ribs is optimized to fully meet the high-torque cutting needs of machine tools.
The column adopts double-wall structure design, internal multi-point radial reinforcement arrangement, bottom large-span section arrangement, light weight, good rigidity and good dynamic performance.
The structural design of the radial ribs of the spindle box, through finite element structural static and dynamic analysis, reasonable structural design and matching of ribs ensure the high rigidity of the box and the processing rigidity of the spindle components.
Equipped with rotating double-change workbench, it reduces the time of clamping workpieces in standby mode and greatly improves processing efficiency. Mechanical cam rotating and changing mechanism can make workpiece changing more stable and fast. High precision cam rotary table adopts high precision conical positioning pin and oil pressure double force locking mechanism to ensure the clamping of the worktable and the stability and vibration of the worktable in the cutting process.
