G-M2030L profile machining center is used in aluminum profile processing in general industries such as drilling, tapping, milling, chamfering and non-glossy composite processing. Movable beam gantry structure, X-axis travel 3000mm, rack and pinion drive, double drive on both sides; Y-axis (beam) travel 2000 mm, screw drive; Z axis (up and down) 600 mm, ball screw drive. Triaxial guide rail uses precision linear guide rail; BT40 high rigidity spindle, spindle adopts precision grade spindle, through direct coupled transmission structure, maximum speed reaches 12000rpm; equipped with manipulator disk 24T tool magazine; Semi-closed sheet metal guard prevents cutting fluid from splashing, Three-axis guide rail organ protection.

9、The chip removal of the machine tool is equipped with double screw row inside the machine + chain type chip removal machine outside the machine and a large volume water tank design. Double-layer water tank filter system structure provides good cutting fluid for workpiece machining.
