Characteristic Features of GV Series Bridge Type Machining Center

• The GV gantry double column machining center includes series models with work table widths of 1000 mm and 1250 mm.
• The integrated design of column and beam has good rigidity, high processing precision and good stability;
• Three-axis support adopts roller linear guide, which has fast dynamic response speed, high precision and no creep;
• Three-axis feeding is driven by direct connection of motor and high-precision ball screw. The two ends of the screw are fixed with a pre-tensioned structure, and the transmission accuracy is high;
• The main shaft is equipped with a belt-driven BT50-6000rpm main shaft as standard and can be equipped with gear heads and electric spindles to meet different machining needs;
• Z axis is equipped with nitrogen balance device with good load characteristics;
• The machine tool adopts chip conveyor with double screw row and front chain plate;
• The guide rails and guide screws of the machine tool use a timing and quantitative lubrication system,
• and realize fully automatic centralized lubrication through the control of the electrical system;
• The machine is equipped with FANUC 0i-MF (5) CNC system; FANUC 0i-MF (1) and SIEMENS 828D are optional;
