T-1375L vertical machining center is a medium-sized machine tool. Once the workpiece is clamped, it can automatically and continuously complete the processing of multiple operations such as milling, drilling, drilling, flaring, reaming, countersinking and tapping. - The structure of the whole machine is fixed column and cross sliding table structure. The Y axis of the machine has a four-rail design, which can ensure heavy load capacity during processing and ensure processing accuracy. - The large basic parts are all cast by high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
- The spindle adopts Taikan's high-speed spindle unit with standard belt-driven BT50-6000rpm spindle for high cutting efficiency.
- The front end of the spindle has a labyrinth design, and the spindle has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
- The spindle has a central air blowing function and is equipped with an automatic constant temperature circulation water cooling device, so that the temperature rise of the spindle is small, thermal deformation is small, and high processing accuracy is maintained.
- The movement of the head (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. The counterweight will not shake even when moving at high speed. - Using market-proven and mature pneumatic tools ensures the stability and reliability of each tool, protects the spindle and improves the overall performance of the machine tool.
- Three-axis feeding adopts the direct connection and driving method of a motor and a high-precision ball screw. The large diameter C3 ball screw is pre-tensioned and installed to further improve transmission rigidity and positioning accuracy.
- X/Y axis guide rail adopts 45-line rail bearing, high rigidity, low friction, low noise; Z axis guide rail uses rectangular hard rail bearing, high rigidity, strong shock resistance, and can bear more cutting force.
- The guide rails and guide ball screws of the machine tool adopt a timing and quantitative lubrication system, which can adjust the oil supply cycle and oil supply of each lubrication point and realize fully automatic centralized lubrication through the control of the electrical system.
- The chip removal of the machine tool adopts built-in double-screw row and front chain plate type chip removal machine, which has a high degree of automation and reduces manual cleaning time. It is automatic, humanized and efficient.
- The machine tool water tank adopts a multi-layer filter system structure to provide good cutting fluid for workpiece machining.
