Characteristic Features of T-8 Vertical Machining Center

For T-8 vertical machining center, the X, Y and Z axis guide rails use cast iron guide rails, hardened and ground with PTFE plastic facing. Its features include: small friction coefficient, good shock absorption, low speed without creep, high-speed positioning accuracy, large contact surface and strong load-bearing capacity. The main drive adopts motor synchronous toothed belt-spindle transmission mode, which enables the spindle to achieve a higher speed and greatly reduces the vibration and noise of the spindle box, which is more conducive to high-speed and high-precision machining. This type of machine tool is widely used in machine manufacturing, mold manufacturing and other industries to machine complex parts such as plates, discs and shells. The workpiece can be automatically and continuously processed by milling, drilling, drilling, flaring, reaming, countersinking, tapping and other processes after clamping, suitable for mass production.

• The structure of the whole machine is fixed column and cross slide structure. The fuselage adopts a super-large stable base, wide base and sturdy structure to ensure heavy load capacity during processing.
• The large basic parts are all cast by high-quality resin sand modeling and high-strength cast iron materials, so that the machine tool has high rigidity and stable accuracy.
• X, Y, Z axis adopts rectangular hard rail, high rigidity, heavy cutting, good shock absorption.
• The spindle adopts Taikan's high-speed spindle unit, the spindle adopts BT40-8000rpm belt head, high cutting efficiency, belt drive, prevents the motor from overheating and reduces spindle thermal deformation.
• The movement of the head (Z axis) is equipped with a counterweight device with a central guide design. The counterweight will not shake even when moving at high speed. The exact ratio of the counterweight to the weight of the headstock can achieve the best processing properties. And the Z axis drive motor has good load characteristics.
• It is equipped with automatic lubricating oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine tool.
• The cutting fluid has a large capacity, which can quickly discharge cutting heat. Front machining design is adopted, and the water tank adopts double tank type and is placed inside the machine to save space.

It is equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80A CNC system that ensures the stability of machine tool control, as well as the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by users.
