• The structure of the whole machine is fixed column type, cross slide structure. The machine body adopts a large solid base and high rigidity of large-span herringbone column, so that the high-speed cutting does not vibrate and deform.
• All the large parts of the foundation are made of high-quality resin sand molding and high-strength cast iron material casting, so that the machine tool can achieve high rigidity and stable accuracy.
• The three-axis guide rail uses 45 large wire rails to carry, high rigidity, low friction and low noise.

• Class C3 ball screw and ball screw bearings with pre-tensioning structure to eliminate partial thermal elongation are self-lubricating to extend bearing life.
• The tool magazine adopts Taikan's 24-blade arm-type tool magazine, which has reliable quality and stable performance.

• The machine is equipped with volumetric and forced lubricating oil system to ensure that all the moving parts of the machine are well lubricated.
