The X, Y and Z axis of the machine tool uses ball bearing linear guide rails, and the X/Y/Z axis feeding system adopts ball screw transmission to ensure the rigidity and precision requirements of the machine tool.
Three-axis adopts digital AC servo motor with high reliability and good sealing performance to ensure good dynamic performance, and can improve the accuracy of the machine tool by analyzing and compensating the position of coordinates through the imported high-performance numerical control system.

4、The spindle adopts the group's high-speed spindle unit and is equipped with a BT40-12000r/min direct link. The front end of the spindle has a labyrinth design and has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
5、The maximum rapid rotation speed of X axis is 20m/min, Y axis is 28m/min and Z axis is 28m/min. Fast traverse speed shortens processing time and improves processing efficiency.
