Constant temperature cooling design of the nose tip, direct spindle, low temperature rise, good thermal expansion. Equipped with high-speed and high-precision M80A or FANUC (package 3 or 1) with mold function, it can meet complex surface processing requirements. The spindle adopts BBT form (optional), the end face and radial force are stressed at the same time, which increases the cutting hardness of the tool. Bearings adopt Japan NSK / Germany FAG, electrical components adopt Schneider, pneumatic components adopt SMC. The tool magazine is controlled by encoder and frequency converter, with stable performance and fast tool changing speed about 1.2 seconds.
