6. The spindle adopts Taikan's high-speed spindle unit, equipped with BT40-12000r/min direct linkage, and the front end of the spindle adopts labyrinth design and has an air curtain protection function to prevent cutting fluid from entering the spindle bearing.
7. Equipped with volumetric and forced lubrication oil system to ensure good lubrication of all moving parts of the machine.
8. The machine tool is equipped with chip discharge standard, washing and chip removal on both sides of the slope, and the water tank is designed backwards, which is automatic, humanized and efficient. Double-layer water tank filtration system structure to ensure good cutting fluid for machining the workpiece.
9. Equipped with a high-performance Mitsubishi M80B CNC system, it ensures the stability of machine control and also provides the CNC machining functions and auxiliary functions required by the user.
